Editorial policy
This page explains who writes solisden.online, how we check facts, how we earn money, and what we refuse to do.
Who writes
Content is written and reviewed by our editor, Barbara Hall, who is responsible for everything published here. Every article carries a byline, a publication date and a “last reviewed” date. Publisher: CORP TRADE s.r.o..
How facts are established and sourced
- Product facts (platforms, features, plans, refund terms) come from the provider's own current pages. We name the page and the date we checked it.
- Performance and detection claims come only from independent test labs, with the test round named, never from marketing material alone.
- We say clearly when we have not tested something ourselves, and we attribute claims to whoever makes them.
- When we cannot verify a claim, we leave it out or label it as unverified.
- Every article ends with a list of sources. If our text and the provider's current information differ, the provider's information wins.
How the site is funded
The site is funded by commissions from partner (affiliate) links. When a reader clicks a partner link and buys, the provider pays CORP TRADE s.r.o. a commission. The reader's price does not change. We show no display advertising, sell no data and run no analytics. Partner links are always:
- labelled “Partner link” on the button itself;
- followed by a note explaining the commission;
- marked in the code with
rel="sponsored nofollow"; - preceded by a disclosure at the top of the page.
What we refuse to do
- Fake testimonials, “reader stories” or invented reviews.
- Invented star ratings, scores or rankings.
- Artificial urgency: fake countdowns, “only today” offers or invented stock limits.
- Claims of guaranteed results, such as “100% protection” or “you will never be hacked”.
- Invented statistics or user numbers.
- Hiding that a link is commercial.
Advertiser independence
Providers do not see, review or approve articles before publication. A commission arrangement does not buy a positive assessment. We describe limits and alternatives, including free built-in options, even when that means fewer clicks on partner links. We will drop a partner relationship rather than publish claims we cannot support.
Corrections procedure
- Email info@solisden.online with the page, the statement you believe is wrong and, if you can, a source.
- The editor reviews the report and checks the original sources.
- If the statement is wrong, we correct it, update the “last reviewed” date and, for substantive changes, add a correction note to the article.
- We reply to tell you the outcome.
