Short version: we don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting, and we have no forms. The only personal data we handle is what any web server records technically, plus any email you choose to send us.
1. Data controller

2. Server logs
What: when you load a page, our web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, the amount of data sent, the referring page (if your browser sends it) and your browser's user-agent string.
Why and legal basis: to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults. This is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We don't use logs to profile visitors, and we don't combine them with other data.
How long: logs are rotated daily, and old files are deleted automatically after about two weeks. A log may be kept longer only if it is needed to investigate a specific security incident.
3. Emails you send us
If you email us, we use your address and message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps you ask for (Article 6(1)(b)). We delete the correspondence once it is no longer needed, unless we have to keep it for legal reasons.
4. Partner links
When you click a partner link, your browser goes through our redirect page at /c/1/ to our affiliate partner and then to the provider's website. If the page address you arrived on contained campaign parameters (gclid, campaignid, utm_* or ml_sub1–ml_sub5), those parameters are added to the outgoing link. This lets the affiliate network credit the referral. Nothing is stored on your device by us. Once you leave our site, the affiliate network and the provider handle your data under their own privacy and cookie policies, as independent controllers.
5. What we do not do
- No cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB. See our cookie policy.
- No analytics, heatmaps, session recording or advertising pixels.
- No fingerprinting.
- No embedded third-party content. Fonts, images and scripts all come from our own server.
- No sale or sharing of personal data for advertising.
- No automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Recipients
Our hosting provider operates the server that holds the logs. Our email provider processes messages you send us. Both act as processors on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
If a processor handles data outside the European Economic Area, we rely only on the safeguards in Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for details.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability where it applies, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To use these rights, email info@solisden.online. Because we hold no identifiers apart from IP addresses in short-lived logs, we may need, for example, your IP address and the time of your visit to find a log entry. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic that is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz. You can also contact the authority in your own EU country.
9. Children
This site is not aimed at children and knowingly collects no data about them.
10. Changes
If our practices change, we will update this policy and the date at the top.
